Job Title: Business Process Analyst
Reports to: Managing Director
Hours: Part-time or Contract position
Salary: Hourly/Daily rate, negotiable depending upon experience

Client
This company are business consultants specialising in Change Management, Marketing Support, and Business Process Documentation.

Position overview
You will be responsible for the Business Process Documentation side of the company, which involves running client projects relating to the documentation of all of their company's processes and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience
- minimum of one years' experience in a similar role

Skills
- Superb analytical, process and workflow skills and understanding
- Advanced knowledge of business processes software
- Excellent communication skills, and strong computer literacy.
- Ability to review and improve current processes
- Excellent Excel skills
- A high degree of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with client and all staff to review and update all job descriptions
- Interview process participants to understand exactly how their processes work
- Document process information using visual diagrams in the form of business process models
- Design business processes and manage any subsequent changes to them.
- Identify, document and analyse business rules that govern the implementation of business processes.
- Examine processes holistically to understand the impact of changing them on people, strategy, systems and general business operations.
- Collate feedback on process performance. The collected data forms the basis of future process improvement projects
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of processes to ensure consistent value delivery.
