Out client recruiting for an enthusiastic and professional receptionist to join a high-profile Financial company based in London. Our client looking for a professional, experienced and reliable receptionist/ administrator to manage the company's reception desk and provide support to visitors, employees and departments.

You will as the first point of contact on that front desk to greet clients and suppliers on a daily basis and should be proficient in professionally dealing with members of the public, face-to-face and on the telephone.

This role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of the front desk and you will be involved in the coordination and implementation of general office & front desk procedures, such as mail sorting, hosting and reporting.

Duties to Include

Meeting and greeting visitors but also carrying out a wide range of receptionist duties. You'll be
Booking meeting rooms using a PC based system
Liaising with maintenance, catering and IT to ensure rooms are set up
Booking video conference meetings
Maintaining the reception area
Controlling access to the car park
Ensure all services are provided in accordance with the agreed service levels.

This is a busy role where you will be given the opportunity to take ownership of client problems and help to resolve them. Although you'll be working as part of a team, at times you will be managing reception on your own, therefore you must be well-organised!
