General Manager Contemporary Bar/Restaurant - Brighton up to 48k plus bonus Salary: 45/48,000 plus bonus Location: BrightonI have a smaller Independent business, launching a fantastic new venue in Brighton, a large multi-site business, with a large terrace, bar, restaurant on the first floor, late night bar and a roof terrace... A GREAT NEW SITE TO BE LAUNCHED I am looking for a "Great Independent operator" (this is key for my client) for this General Manager role to help launch this business in early 2017, a great insight into the business will be offered till the launch, 100% fresh food,MUST HAVE STRONG HIGH VOLUME EXPEREINCEThe General Management role:They are looking for an ambitious General Manager with a strong and established background in managing high quality, good volume operations within the Bar/pub/Restaurant background. This is a challenging new venture on the food side and the successful candidate will need excellent organisational skills. Full financial accountability and responsibility for all areas of business development and maximizing profitability come with the position GREAT WET SALES....The right General Manager:The ideal General Manager will be an aggressive marketer with demonstrable success in implementing business development initiatives and driving corporate packages and events. Demonstrable success managing structured P&Ls is required.Structured and stable career with experience at General Manager Level is essential, along with experience in running venues in excess of 25,000 turnover, as the successful candidate will be expected to take over their own site without a struggle.
