This Hotel & Spa is a 55 Bedroom hotel & Spa with conference and banqueting facilities and a 1 rosette restaurant with some of Scotland's best produce. As a Head Chef, you will have full responsibility for the kitchen and will report directly to the Regional Executive Chef. Key to this role will be the ability to manage a kitchen that is able to focus on both quality and quantity. You will be responsible for managing costs in the kitchen, in particular those around food GP and working within manning parameters. Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy kitchen in line with current legislation will also be key. The right candidate for the role of Head Chef will have excellent personal presentation, be passionate about food and be professional at all times having gained recent experience within a 4* hotel or resort, preferably in the UK. You may currently be looking for career progression to your first Head Chef role and we welcome candidates with different lengths of experience who can demonstrate that they have the experience we require.
