This Hotel, Golf & Spa is a 98 Bedroom hotel with conference and banqueting/ Event facilities, and its restaurant was recently awarded 2 aa rosettes and has an exceptional spa. As a Sous Chef, Working with the head chef you will have full responsibility for the kitchen. Key to this role will be the ability to manage a kitchen that is able to focus on both quality and quantity. You will be responsible for managing costs in the kitchen, maintaining a safe, clean and tidy kitchen in line with current legislation will also be key. The right candidate for the role of Sous Chef will have excellent personal presentation, be passionate about food and be professional at all times having gained recent experience within a 4* hotel or resort, preferably in the UK. You may currently be looking for career progression to your first Head Chef role and we welcome candidates with different lengths of experience who can demonstrate that they have the experience we require.
