LOCATION: Edinburgh & surrounding areas
JOB TITLE: Care at Home & Outreach Support Worker
SALARY & BENEFITS: Competitive per hour + mileage + travel time + 28 days annual leave
WORKING HOURS: Full time - Variety of shifts and hours available including Permanent, Full-time, Part-time and flexible sessional contracts
THE ORGANISATION: Our client is a well established social care organisation with a reputation of providing high quality, person centred care; care and support which is tailored to each individual's specific needs, enabling their clients to sustain their own tenancies or living situations in or around Edinburgh and the Midlothian area.
THE ROLE: Care at Home & Outreach Support Workers will undertake a variety of tasks that ultimately provide high quality health and social care for people within the comfort of their own homes, rebuilding confidence and empowering them to lead independent and fulfilling lives. Key Responsibilities for Care at Home & Outreach Support Workers to include:-
• Delivering a high standard of flexible support and care in order to achieve desired outcomes
• Responsible for the individual's personal care
• In particular cases prompting individuals to take medication
THE CANDIDATE: Care at Home & Outreach Support Worker will be enthusiastic, flexible and hard working individuals with a genuine interest and passion for care. Our client is looking for people with the right attitude; experience is not essential and full training and development will be provided. • Good basic literacy and numeracy

• Car and own vehicle desirable but not essential
