Purpose of Junior Web Designer role//

> Design and develop websites for internal and external clients
> Design assets for use on websites, social media and PPC
> Provide technical assistance to Account Mangers on SEO
> Provide technical and design assistance to Account Managers on Digital Marketing

Duties and Responsibilities//

> Provide technical and design support to the Operations Department, Directors and other team members
> Resolve website problems and errors reported by clients or the team.
> Ensure customer needs are met and fully understood, responding appropriately to design or development requests.
> Liaise with all other Digital Marketing staff, ensuring all Account Manager or Web Developer needs are met.
> Ensure knowledge is updated to current standards and attend any relevant training courses to keep knowledge current.
> Ensure the quality of code and design work is of a reasonable standard, and can easily be passed between other members of the team.
> Ensure that all code is commented and version controlled with GIT and Bitbucket.
> Ensure that all tasks are entered into the task management system with estimated completion dates and times.
> Ensure task/project owners are kept up to date and informed on progress.
