Impact Ltd is a professional outsourced contact centre providing a wide range of services to clients including B2B and B2C solutions. Our business has a diverse range of clients who provide different services and products to their customers.

Due to continuing business success and growth we now have a fantastic opportunity available for a Campaign Manager to join our team in Romsey. You will be working with major high street brands such as Wall’s, Dr Oetker and RedBull but to name a few with our Store Link Sales Ltd company. 

Project Managerkey responsibilities:

  • Be the owner of the end to end campaign delivery process for each brief submitted by the Sales team
  • Take ownership of the annual operations plan for all campaigns, identifying lead-times, resolving issues and ensuring that campaign time-lines are adhered to
  • Build on current Symbol group relationships ensuring monthly, quarterly and annual reports are completed and delivered to each on time
  • Manage the Symbol group telesales booking calendars ensuring Store Link Sales are at max capacity at all times
  • Work closely with the Client Admin team to ensure that the flow of required information is constant, allowing for time-lines to be adhered to and met by all
  • Daily management of the Data Analyst taking full accountability for the delivery of the role and to have overall control of the data strategy for Store Link Sales
  • Manage the day to day requests from the sales team providing support where necessary
  • Ensuring all invoice are issued in a timely manner each month by the operations team, updating Accounts and the Sales Director
The ideal Project Manager:

We are now seeking a highly professional Campaign Manager to be the primary direct customer contact for engineering support tasks. The successful candidate will have a technical background with excellent communication and organisation skills. You will be able to demonstrate proven project management experience and have a good knowledge of the project lifestyle.

In return for your hard work, you can expect to receive a salary of £28,000 per annumplus a range of benefits.

Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30
