FINTEC recruit is looking to appoint a Site Administrator for their client based in Moray. As a Site Administrator you will provide an excellent administration to manage the day-to-day running of a busy site office and control all project documentation
This is a full time temporary position for 4-6 months based in Moray. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support
- Compilation of time sheets for staff & site personnel
- Collating invoices
- Prepare project documentation for archiving at completion of contract
- Responsible for Document Control for the Site
- Valid UK driving licence
- Previous experience working within a similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Experience of using Microsoft packages such as Excel and Outlook
