We are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join one of the UK's leading Business Sales specialists and advisors to individuals who are looking to sell or acquire a business at their Head Office in Greater Manchester.

The Company
Our client specialise in selling businesses in the Retail, Licensed, Care and Catering sectors and have developed a reputation for being pro-active, innovative and forward thinking, providing an all encompassing service to both buyers and sellers.

In recent years they have invested heavily in both their staff and technology to ensure their clients receive an industry leading service and the highest levels of confidentiality, expertise and marketing exposure.

Purpose of the Role
Due to expansion a new opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join our client’s team.

You will required to:
* Successfully manage a portfolio of clients already on the market
* Manage the deal flow from viewing stage through to completion

The Person
For the role of Sales Negotiator, we are looking for a motivated person who would like to progress his or her career with a highly successful and well respected company.

It is essential that you have relevant estate agency / lettings / brokerage experience to be considered for this role.

For the role of Sales Negotiator, you will be working Monday - Friday (no weekends!). You will receive a basic salary of £14,000 to £17,000 per annum with OTE of £20,000. The Sales Negotiator is part of an uncapped team bonus scheme designed to significantly reward the efforts of all involved. Part Time working arrangements will also be considered.
