Our client is a small yet very successful property company in need of an office manager / administrator to assist in all aspects of the business; this is a busy role for a person who prides themselves on completing tasks to a high standard.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

  • General office management
  • Answering telephone and directing calls to relevant parties
  • Dealing with enquiries received by telephone
  • Typing correspondence/reports etc
  • Typing invoices/valuations
  • Keeping holiday records for employees
  • Dealing with insurance renewals, vehicles and P/L
  • Renewing vehicle tax for all company vehicles
  • Ensuring all vehicles are serviced at appropriate times
  • Keeping all job lists/records up to date including client details
  • Keeping all paper and computer records in order
  • Ordering stationery & printer cartridges, headed paper, business cards etc
  • Purchasing office refreshments and cleaning materials

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Audio typing
  • Comfortable with figures
  • Good telephone manner
  • Ability to work under some pressure
  • Good timekeeping
  • Reliability in attendance
  • Ability to work on own and prioritise own work load
  • Perceptive in being proactive
  • Being in a rural location, a car driver with own transport is essential.
