As a Service Manager, you will:
- Be the main customer interface for their top customers, ensuring that the customers’ requirements, concerns and issues are understood and addressed.
- Deliver a world-class customer experience, providing ongoing service continuity during the lifetime of contracted services and solutions:
- Carrying out regular service reviews with the customer
- Managing exceptional escalations and RFO requests
- Managing partners through MSOs
- Proactively drive improvement initiatives and the development of service
To be considered for this Service Manager opportunity you will have; a broad background in the managed services industry; experience of account development from an organic growth basis; the ability to work in a in a high pressure environment while managing and prioritising business requests and activities.
