Do you have 5 years post registration experience?
Do you have a good understanding of Dementia Care and care of the elderly?
Can you support a team to deliver exceptional care for clients?
Have you achieved competencies in venopuncture, catheterisation, tissue viability and pressure area care?
Do you have a working understanding of SOVA or have a MCA dols?
Do you have good communication skills, are computer literate?
Do you enjoy mentoring junior staff and have experience in appropriately managing complaints?
