Employability and Engagement Officer (Bank Register until 27th June 2017)
Multi Campus
£25,752 per annum (pro-rata)
You will support the Employability and Engagement Team Leader in the development and delivery of a high quality and effective Employability and Engagement service for the College that meets the needs of difficult to reach groups. This will involve encouraging learner engagement through the operational delivery of bespoke programmes and liaising with both internal staff and external community organisations to plan, prepare and supervise students’ projects and work placements.
You will be educated to HNC level or equivalent with experience of undertaking youth work, youth leadership and delivering team building activities. It is essential that you possess knowledge of risk assessment and child protection principles. A D1 category driving licence or the willingness to obtain this is also essential.
