Key Responsibilities of our Administration Assistant
- Booking out all hand pieces using bespoke database and sage 50 accounts package, packing and returning to customer in timely manner.
- Sales Order Processing
- Purchase Order processing
- Filing invoices
- Sending repair packs to customers
- Communication with customers to solve problems and share information
Essential Skills required of our Administration Assistant
- GCSE Grades A-C in Maths and English
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Desirable Skills required of our Administration Assistant
- Basic Knowledge of Sage 50
