Position: Supply Chain Director
Location: London
Salary: £85000 - £100000 per annum + 20% Bonus + Pension
Job Type: Full time
The client is a widely known beauty brand who are now looking to recruit a highly commercial and ambitious Supply Chain Director to manage their global operation based in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 6 direct reports to deliver the supply chain transformation agenda covering supply and demand planning, technical and regulatory compliance, production and logistics (transport and warehousing).
Key Deliverables:
* Lead the team to manage the end to end supply chain from manufacture to OTIF delivery to the customer
* Responsible for the S&OP and NPD process
* Drive range planning, forecasting, stock allocation and analysis
* Establish commercial relationship management of suppliers and contract manufacturers
* 3PL contract management across UK and USA
* Implement best practice across technical, regulatory and quality control
Background and competencies required:
* Degree educated
* Highly experienced FMCG Supply Chain Director with previous skills within, planning, project management, Supply Chain and logistics operations.
* S&OP Leader
* Excellent knowledge of Supply Chain Transformation
* Be an excellent stakeholder manager who drives for continuous improvement and who has experience of implementing procedures.
* Highly developed presentation and communication skills both orally and written.
* Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and uncertain environment
* Experience of working in a growth environment where supply chain efficiencies are key to the business success.
