Salary: GBP23,318 - GBP26,814
Main Purpose
An opportunity has arisen for a full time tutor in Games Development to contribute to the teaching, academic development, course management, within the Creative Media & Game Development department. The post holder will act as a course leader for our Level 3 cohort and also provide teaching for our HNC/D provision and engage with the recruitment of students onto courses, providing appropriate advice on progression and career opportunities.
It is not essential but the successful applicant will have significant experience within the games industry as well as teaching experience in a further education environment including the ability to teach key aspects of Unreal Engine, 3D Studio Max and Photoshop.
A flexible and innovative approach to teaching and excellent presentation and communication skills are essential. An ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team is also required.
