Here at Advanced Supply Chain we have an opportunity for a Security Guard to join our Security Team based in Corby. The successful candidate will be contracted to a full time permanent role and receive a competitive salary.

We operate from 6 UK locations and supply our customers with end-to-end supply chain solutions including freight forwarding, contract logistics, value added services and UK distribution.

The main purpose of our Security Guard will be performing standard gatehouse duties, including observing and recording day-to-day activities, checking of vehicles in and out of the site and greeting and directing, visitors and contractors.

To become our Security Guard you must have the following skills and experience:

· Have basic Computer skills.

· Be numerate & literate.

· Ability to work as a team member with minimum supervision.

· Security experience is not necessary; we will provide full training to the successful candidate.

The Security Guard role involves a rota consisting of 8 & 12 hour shifts working days/nights with every other weekend off. Candidates will be issued uniform which you are expected to maintain and wear correctly.
