Job Title: Customer Service Account Assistant
Location: Banbury, OX16
Salary: £19,000 per annum
Hours: This is a full time position, working 9 - 6, Monday to Friday
The company is the market leader in supplying Contemporary Marble & Glass Furniture to Retailers. Year in Year out the company launches fantastic new modern collections which are superb in quality and design. The company is an established local company with a fantastic small and friendly team that they are looking to expand.
You will be the first point of contact with the company's customers. You will handle and respond to all queries, provide detailed product knowledge and recognise and develop sales opportunities. All of this will be delivered with a fantastic level of Customer Service. You will be highly organised, be able to problem solve and have great attention to detail. You will have good administration skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft products.
- You will have a flexible approach with previous experience in a fast paced customer service role dealing directly with Customers over the phone and via email.
- You will be confident and passionate about delivering an excellent service to all of our customers, all of the time and be able to demonstrate outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
