An opportunity has arisen to join our regional Estates team, supporting academies in the West Midlands (Walsall, Sandwell, Warwickshire) on their journey towards improving educational outcomes for pupils. As Regional Estates Manager your role will be to provide the strategic leadership and management for school estates in the region. The role will include regular liaison with Principals and the day to day line management of site based estates staff.

About you

We are looking for a solution focussed individual with excellent communication skills, a strong leader with the ability to inspire confidence among principals and all key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the education sector and experience of managing and delivering large scale projects. As Regional Estates Manager you will have the ability to work productively and positively whilst under pressure and utilise your management style to harness the skills within your region to deliver an outstanding estates management service.
