Kitchen Manager vacancy: Castle are looking for a Kitchen Manager who is passionate about food for their business in Bristol.
Start the Bus is an iconic business in Bristol which is just about to undergo a major refurbishment with a focus on high quality food in a fast paced environment. We have a full team in place so just need the right Kitchen Manager to lead and develop the kitchen team. During the closure period we will be training our team to be amazing at delivering our offer and setting up for a successful launch.
As the Kitchen Manager you will have very high food safety standards and always ensure your food is of great quality. We are a fun bunch of hard working people who are proud to be serving out food and service to the guest - are you?
Kitchen Manager role:
Overseeing food ordering
Food preparation
Delivery of operations
Managing a team
Stock control
Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework
You'll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen's financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards.
