They have expanded by more than 30% over the past 12 months and to sustain their future growth, they are now urgently seeking the right people to join their extremely busy Projects/Customer Delivery team. 

You will be working alongside Project Managers and Software Developers assisting in all aspects of the configuration and implementation of their software solutions using their own cutting edge configuration tools and will be able to produce documentation of the highest quality to support your work. 

The role includes working in all stages of the software development lifecycle from specification through to testing and final delivery. You will be responsible for the standard of the work that is delivered to customers and you must be able to manage your work and that of others involved, with quality to the forefront. Training customers and the creation of training documentation will play a sizeable part of the role as they expand their Training Academy. The work will involve extensive worldwide travel, which can include offshore work.  You will be expected to successfully complete Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET).

The Ideal Candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter. You would ideally be coming from a customer facing software development background, have great organisational skills and a clear commitment to delivering high quality products. You will be able to communicate with people at all levels of the business. You must be able to work confidently on your own but must also work with other members of the team. You must be adaptable and be able to manage the numerous project management methodologies adopted by their global customer base. You will be involved in the creation of highly detailed software specifications and your skills should be such that these are right first time, with quality at the forefront of everything you do. Creating SQL scripts to manipulate data will also be a major part of your work and you will be expected to be able to investigate any issues that are reported to you either by a customer or from within the projects team.
