Internal Sales & Customer Service Advisor
Full Time Position
Based: Chadderton, Oldham

Our client is the only UK manufacturer of 4 wheeled metal bins and Large Steel Containers. Their products are used extensively throughout the UK and exported on a global basis.

They have ambitious plans to expand the business both domestically and internationally over the next 2- 3 years.

They are proud of their heritage and capability but also that they are a true UK company competing, successfully, on a global basis.

They are looking for a driven and passionate Internal Sales & Customer Service Advisor for the business.

Role Summary:
You will be working as part of a multi skilled team; you will drive sales from a new and existing customer base via telesales. You will provide excellent customer service to our customers, new and existing, and have the ability to hit KPI's, and drive repeat and new business.

Delighting the customer is essential in this role.

The Main Purpose of the Role:
- To drive sales and delight customers of both brands.
- Ensure all customer quotes and orders are processed in an efficient and timely manner.
- Ensure all new and existing customers are contacted to drive repeat business.
- Handle customer issues in a professional and effective manner.
- Ensure all data collected and orders are accurately processed.
- Work as part of a team to create high energy and performing sales.

-Previous Customer Service and Telesales experience essential.
- Proven track record of hitting KPI's and targets
- Experience of working in a Manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
- Strong IT Skills and CRM knowledge would be an advantage.
