Teacher in Painting and Decorating
Salary: up to £30,710
Hours: 37 hours per week
We are looking for a highly proficient and competent person with substantial experience in Painting and Decorating programmes to join our dedicated team at our St Marys campus.
Ideally, you will have experience of teaching in the post 16 sector with experience of teaching Level 1 learners. You will possess a teaching qualification and ideally an Assessors Award (although if you do not- we will support you in achieving both of these). However what is essential is a thorough knowledge of the industry with an ability to impart this knowledge to our learners.
You will have a level three qualification as a minimum with in-depth knowledge and experience of the Painting and Decorating industry. A knowledge of related trades would be highly advantageous.
You will be working with a team of dedicated professionals with a clear focus towards meeting our vision and ambitious plans to become the centre of excellence for the construction industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and competence the use of IT are essential to this role, as is a commitment to ongoing excellence.
