Are you a retail Shop Manager with excellent team leadership skills and a successful proven track record in maximising sales? Join our Client's Organisation to raise money that continues the delivery of their incredible hospice and neurological care.

This is a unique and varied opportunity to manage their flagship store in Macclesfield. In this busy role you will control expenditure and perform a huge range of tasks. Recruiting staff, gathering stock, cashing up and visual merchandising as well as driving the Company name within the local community and businesses all make for a really interesting and rewarding opportunity.

Their growing number of large stores are one of the most important ways in which they raise money to support people living through the challenges of life-changing illness. So when you take over the management of one, you're not just helping us to turn a profit - you're helping to improve the lives of the people they exist to help. Their large format stores each cover more than 2,000 square feet, so there's a huge range of stock on display - furniture, clothing, bric-a-brac and books - both new and donated.

You will ideally have some retail experience however what's essential is that you're well-organised, with basic IT literacy and the ability to lead a team.

Specifically, you'll need a GCSE-level education, basic admin skills and a gift for helping customers find the perfect purchase - and plenty of commercial sense. With these talents, you'll deliver retail excellence to grow income and make a difference to the Healthcare and the people they support.
