Head of Training / Training & Development Manager Home Based or London £50k - £55k + bens

Fantastic opportunity for Learning & Development professional to lead a powerful, transformational training approach in use by Blue Chip organisations around the world

The Role

The Training & Development Manager will lead on designing, creating and delivering the company's existing and powerful blended learning product, adapting current training modules into integrated digital products. You will create standard procedures to run an efficient, high performing training team to be simultaneously integrated, robust and cost effective. Initially managing trainers remotely around the UK, you will have the opportunity to manage the international growth of the business with responsibilities including:

  • creating standard operational procedures to manage high performing "remote" training team
  • design & delivery of exceptional blended learning products to meet clients' training needs
  • supporting sales team in consultation with clients / leading on designing new programmes
  • recruiting / training new trainers on new material / courses as they are developed
  • managing delivery of roll-out of programmes / events / materials / induction programmes
  • reporting on activities / costs / performance / deliverables / results

The Person

The ideal Head of Training / Training & Development Manager will have proven experience in all aspects of L&D, relevant hands-on training experience and be able to demonstrate managerial success, working to targets and deadlines and the ability to add commercial value. You will need strong verbal, written, presentational and management skills with entrepreneurial flair and the ability to think creatively.

Benefits on offer for the successful candidate are private health care, pension scheme, company phone and laptop. The position is home based with regular weekly travel to Central London.
