Our client now has a fantastic opportunity for a Scheme Manager to join their scheme in Kingstanding on a full time permanent basis. You will be working within their Older Persons Service as part of a team, offering person centered care and support to customers based on their individual risk and needs.

This role is at a retirement services scheme for people aged 55 and over. The scheme is staffed 24 hours a day offering person centred care and support to customers based on their individual risk/ needs assessment, care and support plan. Both devised with the customer to promote choice, independence and empower the individual to live a fulfilled and active life.

As a Scheme Manager, your role will be to participate with the day to day running of the scheme in the absence of the manager. You will participate in promoting the scheme service within the local community.

They are looking for an enthusiastic team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, who has a passion for delivering a very high quality care.
