Ingenie are an expert in telematics insurance and we are now pleased to annouce the exciting opportunity to join our succesful team. on a daily basis you will be providing e a high level of customer service for both new and existing customers in relation to their car insurance, typically aimed at the 18-25 year old s.
You will be required to identifying and maximising sales opportunities such as the up sell of add-on products and annual car insurance policies.

Ageas offer a fantastic salary progression scheme which starts at £14,500 basic rising to £15,250 basic after 6 months experience then another rise to £16,000 basic after 12 months and the next move takes you to £16,500 basic after 18 months experience.
In addition to this scheme we also offer the internal opportunity to develop into an Expert or Senior position, the purpose of this role is to provide departmental support in both, the people and technical areas. The salary for this opportunity are £17,000-£18,000. These roles are only recruited internally which gives you more opportunity to progress with the company.
You will be taking a variety of calls from new and existing customers dealing with their car insurance queries, the majority of calls will be inbound however you will be required to outbound to our customers from time to time.
To manage Inbound calls effectively ensuring customer needs are met. You will need to readily adapt to the ethos of the brand & promote this to the customers at all times whilst being committed to providing a high quality of experience to the customer and the brand at every opportunity explaining choices and providing recommendations.
You will be required to work on a shift basis, 38.5 hours between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 2 out of 3 Saturdays.

Knowledge - Skills and Experience
If you have the confidence to deal with our customers and the ability to multi-task in a complex environment, Ingenie is a fantastic team to join. You must have previous experience of communicating with people at varying levels and the ability to learn and develop through continuous training and support, to ensure you are providing the first class service that is essential. In addition, it is essential that you are working or have worked as part of a successful team. This role is extremely fast paced and candidates must be susceptible to change.
