Network Infrastructure Team Leader - 3rd line
Our client is urgently looking for a hands-on Team Leader to lead a team of 3rd Line Network Infrastructure Engineers. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Network Infrastructure Engineer looking to move into a managerial position working for a well established organisation.
You will be responsible for running day to day network, server and infrastructure activities, supervising and coaching the network team in their daily tasks and providing 3rd line technical support to all related applications within the business whilst providing a first class service to customers. You will also be responsible for running the IT helpdesk function acting as the business technical contact for all third party support providers and suppliers as well as evaluating new and improved technologies and processes to help drive business growth through the use of IT systems.

Required skills and experience;
- Demonstrable 3rd line support level experience
- PowerShell coding
- Excellent TCP/IP Networking skills
- Extensive Microsoft RDP and RAS experience
- Advanced Microsoft OS Knowledge including Server Core
- SQL Admin experience
- Extensive MS Exchange Server 2010 Admin experience
- Extensive MS Active Directory and Group Policy Admin experience
