My client has is a leading FM provider and has an excellent opportunity for a time served building maintenance Engineer with an electrical, mechanical or fire systems background to form part of the Business Development Team in meeting Sales Targets across the company's Asset Maintenance and Fire & Security divisions, as a Trainee FM Estimator.
You will estimate the costs; labour, materials and sub contractors required to achieve the specification, calculating any adjustments for overheads, profit, life expectancy cycle and contingency on a range of projects across the Asset Maintenance and Fire & Security Divisions.
You should be a quick learner with the ability to self-motivate as well as analytical and the ability to think beyond or around a process.
