Weekend Account Co-ordinator Based in Brinklow MK10 0AA
You will be the main contact for all the contracts over the weekend dealing with both candidates and the client. The main areas of responsibility are:
* Managing the onsite contracts for Kuehne and Nagel on a food logistics site.
* Recruiting, selecting and inducting new warehouse operatives and drivers
* Providing updates of any absence and booking replacements and overtime.
* Re confirming workers start dates
* Competing the drivers payroll
* Booking drivers for their shifts on the Monday
* Providing detailed handovers to the Account Co-ordinators
* Provide holiday cover for other Account Co-ordinators
* Other tasks as required
The ideal candidate will have either worked within an on-site environment or have managed a large workforce for a client from a branch. Will be a good communicator and be able to work to tight deadlines. The Saturday and Sunday will be working alone in the office so must be self-motivated and be good at managing and prioritising tasks.
