What will the role involve?
Our Engagement Advisors help to ensure that our learner journey starts in the best way possible. They need an eye for detail as they check to make sure all the learner documentation complies with all contractual, quality and procedural standards.
Engagement Advisors need to be confident communicators as they need to engage with stakeholders in order to generate placement opportunities for the learners enrolled in learndirect programmes. You will also need to develop future apprenticeship opportunities with employers in their specified geographical area.
As an Engagement Advisor you will need to demonstrate confidence and professionalism when dealing with young people and assessing their suitability for placements. You will also provide quality support to assist their future routes to employment.

• Promoting training or recruitment services
• Experience of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets.
• Sales and/or marketing experience
• Knowledge of local labour market
• Knowledge of vocational training industry and funding requirements
