Immediate vacancies for several ambitious and capable people to join Options Resourcing as Recruitment/Snr Consultants to recruit Accounts/ Finance - Sales/Marketing - Call Centre and Professional/Office staff.
We would like to hear from people with a wide range of backgrounds including: sales, retail, graduates, secretarial, PA, recruitment, customer service.

* 360 degree sales - you manage the whole process
* Daily high volume use of telephone, internet, email
* Providing industry leading customer service
* Telemarketing of candidates to relevant companies
* Account Manager for your clients
* Searching for candidates & submitting CVs to vacancies
* Telephone interviewing candidates
* High level use of in-house database
* Write and post job adverts online
* Business development of client accounts
* Client visits
Essential Requirements:
Organised, outgoing & confident communicator - essential
Good written and verbal English language skills
Package:
Basic Salary: Between GBP20,000 - GBP30,000 depending on experience
High uncapped commission - Earning Potential: GBP30K 1st year, GBP40K 2nd year
