Telesales Advisor

Southam Selections are currently working with a growing telecoms company who are based in the town centre. They provide a telecommunications solution in replacement of BT and other suppliers, reducing consumers monthly bills. They are now looking to expand and take on some strong Telesales Advisors.

Working hours
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
NO WEEKENDS

The Telesales Advisor role
Maximising leads passed from their own supplier. Your main objective will be to establish and maintain rapport with a potential customer and overcome objections, fears and barriers in ways that will secure new business for the Company.

Responsibilities
*Calling BT customers and offering them a cheaper replacement service
*Selling the benefits of the company
*Fact finding
*Objection handling
*Cross selling other products which the customer may want
*Work to targets and KPI's
*Manage your own call backs
*Close the sale
