Sales Consultant

Berry Recruitment are proud to be hiring on behalf of our industry leading client that are looking for driven Sales Consultants to join their rapidly expanding modern office. As a Sales Executive you will be providing customers with competitive car finance rates and providing excellent customer service from start to finish.

You don't have to be an experienced Sales Consultant, but you have to be confident in picking up the phone to generate your leads into sales! Experience in at least one solid sales job is highly desirable.

Sales Consultant Duties:

- Generate applications and leads into sales
- 40 calls per day
- Generate 10 leads per month
- Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients
- Work towards targets
- Complete all relevant paperwork to finance applications
- Assist customers in finding their dream car at affordable costs

The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm with two late shifts per week (9:30am - 7pm). You will also be required to work one Saturday in every four.

The salary is starting at GBP16,000 - GBP20,000 p.a. with an uncapped and realistic commission structure.

The base salary depends on experience within the industry. Training period will require candidates to travel for the first couple of weeks so a car is also desirable.
