Evening Cleaning Team Leader - Lingley Mere, Warrington
We urgently require a Cleaning Team Leader to begin work AS SOON AS POSSIBLE in Great Sankey/Lingley Mere, Cheshire (West of Warrington)
You will be working 32.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 5pm to 11.30pm)
Job duties will include:
- Putting together and maintaining procedures, systems and resources necessary for delivering cleaning, grounds and waste services on site
- Manage teams to ensure the contracted services are delivered to the agreed contract spec and standards
- Ensure a timely response to any service shortfalls
- Support the Facilities Manager at regular contract review meetings
- Ensure all licences, certificates and documentation relevant to areas of responsibility are available on site for audit and review
- Ensure data is collated and monthly KPI reports are produced for presentation to the Facilities Manager
- Take responsibility for managing budget allocation for nominated areas of responsibilities, reporting and investigating and variations
We are ideally looking for someone with:
* Previous experience of supervising (essential)
* Own safety footwear
*Excellent team management
*Knowledge and experience of accommodation cleaning practices - holding a BICSc or NVQ level 3 qualification in cleaning will be an advantage
*Smart and presentable appearance
*Good communication skills and an effective customer service approach
*Good written and oral command of the English language
We need you to start urgently!
The pay rate is GBP8.20 per hour
