Who we're looking for:
Do you get a warm fuzzy feeling when you've helped someone out? Will you deliver great service when it's needed the most? Are you comfortable talking to people over the phone? Can you build rapport and adapt your style to different customers easily?
Ideally you'll have renewals experience, but this isn't essential in order for you to succeed in this role. If you have a minimum of one years' contact centre experience, strong negotiation and selling skills, experience working in a fast paced sometimes pressurised environment, and thrive whilst working towards positive results, we want to hear from you!
What you'll do:
Within the Renewals team you'll have a very important role to play. The experience you deliver can be the reason why a customer decides to stay with us or move on. You will talk to customers who are nearing the end of their policy as well as those who aren't satisfied with their renewal quote and use your excellent communication and negotiation skills to ensure customers renew their policy with us. Your product knowledge, friendly approach and quality of service is vital to achieving success in this role.
What we need:
Our centre is open from 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm on Saturdays, and 9am to 5pm on Sundays. You will be required to work some evenings and weekends, in order to be there for our customers when they need to talk to us, but your working pattern will be provided in advance.
