A creative and proactive Marketing Manager is needed to join a successful multi-site business at their head office in Plymouth. You will be joining an established company of talented people with a clear strategy for growth in a highly visible marketing role which will involve working closely with the Directors.
Your responsibilities will include managing and motivating a small marketing team, controlling expenditure and budgets, analysing statistic and reports, overseeing and directing all group marketing activities including company events, overseeing the company website, PR and social media as well as marketing materials.
The successful candidate is likely to be a highly driven individual who is ambitious and task orientated. An approachable communicator who can lead by example and develop the marketing team as well as build and maintain effective long-term relationships with key decision makers.
Salary GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 depending on skills and experience.
Hours: Full time office hours Monday to Friday
