Product Category Manager
Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of PVC-U profiles and they are looking for a Product Category Manager due to the expansion of the business.
Location: Alfreton, Commutable from Derby, Nottingham, Mansfield
Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP40,000
The Role:
- A product expert within your category you will utilise market analysis to identify product related business opportunities, routes to market and benchmark competitor products
- Produce product management strategy documents and product sales forecasts
- To coordinate the development of both existing product developments and new product introductions, coordinating with internal teams as required
- Prepare and deliver product training programmes across the business, supporting with technical queries
- Analyse the sales performance of product categories, proposing action plans and developing strategic sales promotions to ensure that category sales and profit targets are met
You will ideally possess product category management experience within a B2B sector, Conservatories or Tools products experience is highly desirable.
You will have experience in Market Analysis, Product launch and product strategy management
