SITE MANAGER

PAY GBP230 - GBP250 PER DAY
We are recruiting for a freelance Site manager to manage a GBP1m gym fit out project starting 10th October for 8 weeks.
This privately owned contractor turns over circa GBP60m and has on ongoing order book for this year to grown close to GBP80m, they are currently works within the Office, Retail, Leisure and Education sectors on fit out and refurbishment and small new build projects, and now have the need for a freelance Site Manager to join their team.
This project is a GBP1m fast track fit out of a Gym.
You will be responsible for day to day running of the site, including monitoring all health & safety requirements, supervising subcontractors, ensuring materials arrive when needed and liaising with the client. Our client is looking for some who has a "can do" attitude and can make decisions based on their knowledge, experience and a good understanding of the project specifications.
Key Requirements
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Certificates.
* Proven track record in fast track fit out of similar projects.
* Ideal experience with gyms, Leisure facilities or similar
* Must have a good eye for detail to ensure a high quality finish for the customer.
* Polite & Customer focused, both general public and client.
