A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Branch Manager to join a new company based in Luton. You will initially be based from Hemel Hempstead in an established industrial branch initially with a view of establishing revenue to cover the costs of a new office. You will receive a company car and mobile.
As a Recruitment Branch Manager your duties will include:
• Gathering leads.
• Making sales calls.
• Visiting customers and establishing revenue stream in line with mutually agreed targets.
• Being responsible for building your own team and developing your own branch.
An ideal Recruitment Branch Manager will have the following skills and experience:
• Previous experience recruiting HGV Drivers and Warehouse Operatives would you be an advantage.
• Drivers licence with 6 points or less, for insurance purposes.
• A track record in sales.
• Must be PC literate.
The working hours of this Recruitment Branch Manager role will be Monday - Friday, 07:30am - 5:30pm.
In return the Recruitment Branch Manager will receive a salary of GBP25,000 - GBP28,000 per annum plus a Bonus OTE GBP50,000, Car and Mobile.
