Job Title: Graduate Recruiter
Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP40,000 + benefits
Location: Oxford
My client is an award-winning consultancy, recongnised as one of the UK's Top 100 Companies to Work for, where culture is key. Based just outside Oxford, they are looking for a bright and dynamic Graduate Recruitment Specialist consultant with excellent communication and organisational skills to take ownership of the graduate recruitment programme.
About the role
This role covers four key areas; candidate management, coordinating assessment centres and graduate events and candidate attraction. You will be responsible for each of these areas initially before going on to specialise within attraction, events or selection:
Candidate Management
* Management of the candidate pipeline from application to assessment stage.
* Daily review and progression of applications made via the internal tracking system
* Monitoring the recruitment email inbox, ensuring queries are responded to within 24 hours
* Arranging candidate accommodation and transport.
Assessment Centre Duties
* Book all facilities required for graduate assessment centres
* Prepare documentation and ensure this is sent out to relevant internal team members
* Provide candidate feedback within 48 hours
* Manage all documentation and candidate feedback
* Oversee the sign-up and monitor assessor attendance
* Take an active role in the running of assessment centres.
Event Management
* Planning activities including careers fairs, presentations and testing sessions
* Diary management of events, ensuring correct information and all relevant parties are fully briefed
* Manage event communications sent internally within the business
* Utilise data capture to ensure candidate attendance is tracked.
Candidate Attraction
* Account management of online ads
* Work alongside the marketing team to ensure adverts are on brand and consistent
* Manage graduate social media channels (facebook and Twitter) to ensure all events are advertised and follower numbers increase
* Work closely with target universities to optimise the marketing avenues available.

* Excellent communicational and written skills
* Highly organised and confident in prioritising duties
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Fast-learner, able to handle a variety of tasks
* Able to deal with a rapidly changing environment and act on own initiative to solve problems
* Team player with a can-do attitude
* Bright, dynamic and with a strong academic history.
