A base salary, genuine uncapped commission 1st year realistic expected earnings GBP20,000 to GBP30,000, pension and annual leave
Incentives; cash targets (GBP300pcm, GBP400pcm, GBP500pcm), achievers lunch/holiday targets and regular team and individual incentives.
If you are dedicated and committed, you will have the potential of earning 6 figures in future years and the highest performers in our business are achieving this. Middle ground; at the end of years 2, 3, 4, 5, earnings should go up by at least GBP10k increments GBP30k, GBP40k, GBP50k, GBP60k.
What is recruitment? That is for you to find out, if you don't know already do some research and or talk to us. It is a challenging career, but carries the highest rewards professionally and more importantly financially. This is a career that requires being on the phone anywhere between 2 to 3 hours daily speaking with candidates, clients and prospect clients. We have 5 recruitment teams who are all growing, but there are common aspects of the job in each team includes; Candidate Sourcing, Candidate Interviewing, Lead generations, Gathering Market Information, Business Development, Account Management and having a good time while being successful. Recruitment process / steps; - 10 minute telephone screen with our Internal Recruitment team, face to face interview with managers, simple presentation and Q&A.
