360 Recruitment Consultant / Business Development Manager - Leeds
Salary: up to GBP25,000 - GBP90,000depending on experience
Our client is an established boutique Executive Search firm with ambitious plans to grow over the next 3 years. They specialise in the FinTech sector and have been able to successfully work with established and high growth clients to build a strong business. They are now in the process of developing a new brand to take to market that will focus on future technologies and trends that will shape the FinTech world of tomorrow.
The Role
They are looking for a high calibre professional to establish billing relationships with their target client list first and foremost. As well as onboarding new business the consultant is expected to oversee the delivery of assigned role and account manage key stakeholders with client organisations. To support the consultant in achieving their goals we offer cutting edge systems, excellent market intelligence and a dedicated resourcing and social media team.
The Person
To be successful in the role the following characteristics are essential:
- Proven biller (with at least 10k per month)
- Team player
- Quick learner
- Detail oriented
- Needs to be able to drive
Experience
- 3 years' minimum recruitment experience in the professional hires space (40-100k salaries)
- A strong IT, Finance or B2B Sales/Marketing understanding Education
- BSc/BA educated in a recognised subject
