Are you an outgoing and commercially-minded Graduate looking for a professional career in a business environment with great earning potential plus the opportunity to gain hands on experience and progress?

Our client is a leading nationwide group of distribution companies employing over 4,500 people at 350+ locations across the UK. As a Sales Executive you will join one of the business' locations across their East Midlands region (dependent on your location), receive a basic salary of up to GBP21,000, plus a host of other benefits including:

* An uncapped annual bonus
* Quick progression to an external sales role within 4-7 months, with a package including a company car, smart phone and laptop
* Further progression within the business, limited only by your own ambition

The Role

The industry training and development you receive at the start of your career is designed to prepare you for a key role within the business. You will:

* Join their successful operation in Mansfield (part of the company's large East Midlands region)
* Work alongside an ambitious and driven manager who will help develop your leadership and sales skills and look to you for results
* Develop strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
* Gain an insight into various fields of the business
* Liaise with various stake holders and negotiate deals
* Succeed in a competitive professional B2B sales environment
* Help to identify new business opportunities and provide industry knowledge
* Receive bespoke mentoring and training
* Be offered an initial starting salary up to GBP21,000 with salary reviews as you progress (plus company car)
* Prove yourself, gain autonomy and make an impact on an already successful business

Requirements

You should be a driven university graduate who is:

* Money motivated, target-focused and passionate about building solid business relationships
* Seeking a career in a professional business to business sales environment
* A natural networker with preferably a minimum 1-2 years' experience in a call centre, telesales and/or B2B sales environment
* A competitive self-starter with the drive and ambition to succeed and progress
* Well-presented, polished and eager to impress at business meetings
* A positive, confident and enthusiastic communicator
* Commercially aware with strong business acumen
* A confident driver with a full UK licence
