Registered Manager - Supported Living, 35 hours per week
Working Monday to Friday (Flexibility required with on call arrangements)
Based at - Holmewood, Chesterfield
Salary GBP33,105 per annum

The role
We are now looking for a Registered Manager - Supported Living.
Within this exciting role you will manage and deliver outstanding services that meet our regulatory, legislative and contractual obligations that are financially viable.
You will also manage the delivery of outstanding service that meet all CQC regulatory requirements
The ideal candidate
The successful candidate will have:
• Experience of working within a care environment regulated by CQC
• Excellent working knowledge of quality assurance and budget management in a safeguarding environment
• Meets the requirements of a Registered Manager in line with CQC Legislation
• Excellent understanding and experience of managing Safeguarding and MCA
• Knowledge and experience of working with individuals who lack capacity
• Ability to work flexibly including covering out of hours and participating in on call arrangements
• Commercially astute in driving income generation and value for money
• Experience of managing the performance of others
• Ability to plan activities and resources to meet needs (short and medium term)
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
• High attention to detail
Qualifications:
• Professional Qualification / Registered Manager Award or willing to work towards QCF 5
You will also need:
• Extensive experience of working with vulnerable people
• Experience at manager/senior Level
• Ability to cover a wide geographical area
DBS
You will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check for this role, which we will complete for the successful candidate. As the role is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offender's Act 1974, please can you ensure you detail both spent and unspent convictions on your CV.
