A primary school in Westhoughton is in need of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work with them on a long term basis, starting soon.
We're looking for a versatile Teaching Assistant who can adapt to the varying challenges of working with large classes and smaller groups. In addition to this, previous experience working on a 1:1 basis with individual pupils is highly desirable to demonstrate strong communication and relationship building skills. Strong curriculum knowledge at KS1, good behaviour management, and reliability are other key skills for this role.
