Are you a Service Manager looking to play an integral role in this industry leading company where you will directly manage a team of highly skilled engineers?
On offer is the chance to develop your management career in this autonomous role which will see you as the go to manager for the Field Service Engineering department.
My client is a well-established industry leading crane service provider, they have ambitious plans to dominate the UK market place and are continuously growing year on year.
This role would suit a candidate with previous management experience of a Service Engineering team looking to successfully implement change and growth.
The Role:
-Manage a team of 35 Field Engineers and 12 Internal employees
-Directly impact the departments financials and growth
-Manage breakdowns and schedule engineer's workload
The Candidate:
-Previous Site Installation Management or Supervision experience
-Able to manage a team and co-ordinate site activities
-Ideally from a Mechanical Engineering background but not essential
