Service Manager HVAC / Air Con - Colchester, Essex - SALARY NEGOTIABLE DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE
We are currently looking to recruit a Service Manager for an expanding contracting company specialising in the HVAC sector. The majority of their business is is in and around London and the South East and is air conditioning and heat pump biased.
The role will be for a technically biased service manager. It could be that you are an industry based engineer or a Senior Technical advisor looking for a supervisory role.
It is essential that you are an organised individual with excellent people skills to help take the service department to the next level.
You will also be involved in recruitment and retention to grow and maintain the team moving forward.
