Employed Financial Adviser (Home based)
Looking for an opportunity to receive new and existing clients whilst being a key part of the team ethic as a Financial Advisor
The Company
Our client company, a highly successful and well established financial services firm of over 20 years with over 30 individuals, wishes to recruit employed Financial Advisors to join their growing team.
Clients and business opportunities
They are able to provide their Advisers with various different resources to work with new and existing clients including:
* Being provided with a client bank of existing policyholders and clients requiring a review of their financial planning needs
* Qualified pension appointments from their call centre team
* Referrals from professional introducers
* Being teamed up with your local Mortgage Adviser colleague which you can work collaboratively together to refer and receive leads, on a fee share basis
* Plus, any self-generated business
Training and Development
Regular training and development workshops plus interaction within the team to help, support and increase each other?s knowledge is highly recommended by the group.
Paraplanning service is available if required, and the company have their own in-house compliance director to provide practical support.
Requirements to be considered
If you are Diploma qualified, enthusiastic and have a hunger to succeed, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.
Benefits
* Year 1 - Salary of GBP30,000 pa (3.33x validation plus tiered bonus thereafter)
* OTE of GBP50,000+
* Year 2 Salary of GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 (no salary validation with enhanced tiered bonuses paid on all business written)
* OTE of GBP60,000+
* Regular incentive schemes, annual convention and annual conference.
* Part of an excellent team environment.
* Home based role.
